Still, the expectations for him are high, and not just from Husker fans.Appearing on the Paul Finebaum Show today, FS1’s Tim Brando had major praise for Frost. In fact, that might be understating things. Not only did Brando say he anticipates Frost delivering multiple national championships to Lincoln, he thinks he could ultimately be the Nick Saban of the next generation of coaches.Yes, seriously.”Scott Frost is built for success and I’m going to tell you he will win multiple national titles at Nebraska, he will be competing for a Big Ten title within 3 years and he could be the next generations Nick Saban” – @TimBrando pic.twitter.com/VnBtcZcljr— Paul Finebaum (@finebaum) September 3, 2018Frost should be successful at Nebraska. His team will take some lumps this year, but the schedule next year should be conducive to a breakthrough. However, it seems a little premature for Brando’s prediction. At least let the guy coach a game first.Still, that’s part of what makes college football so much fun. We’ll be able to look back in a few years to see if Brando foresaw the future or if he was way off base.last_img
