LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills marketing agent Ben Leong said the three-bedroom home at 10 Manzill St sold under the hammer for $582,000.“It was a bit of a drawn-out auction. We went back and forth for about 10 to 15 minutes negotiating between the bidder and the vendor,” Mr Leong said. He said the new owner was an investor buying their first home. It was a tidy property so she didn’t have much to do to rent it as is.”Mr Leong said the home was rented before settlement. He said the Sunnybank Hills market was performing well. “Compared to a couple of years ago it’s definitely a more balanced market,” he said. “People are still coming through open homes and the numbers are about the same but buyers are taking a little more time when buying.”last_img read more
